Ghost Festival For Chinese People

Every year on lunar date 15 month 7, Chinese peoples will gather and going to pray on vihara or home where they put their family ashes/remain. Family will put up any food and things that needed by the deceased. Anything like fruit, dishes, rice, paper money, paper clothes, paper vehicles. Put all that in the big tables and lit up gaharu and pray for their ancestor to come and eat the offering. 

Chinese people believe lunar month 7 is when people from other side come to visit our world. So we must do good things, say good things, and not go home so late. This month called Ghost month. 

Because of this habits, when I see coco movie by Disney Pixar, I can relate to that things, same with us. for mexican, they also that some kind of belief. 

 If you not see the movie yet, I suggest you to see this movie is very good and touching. Story told about one boys who love music very much but their family dislike that. So he must play silently. And when ghost festival, his soul go to the other side and he met people there. His journey begin from there. I don't want spoiler anymore, you just watch it and see it by yourself and you could tell me if you agree or not with me.
